The reception check-in was efficient. My room was clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location proved convenient. The Underground station was just around the corner. Breakfast included juice, tea, coffee, cereals and pastries. I found it adequate for a quick start to the day.
My room had some paint patches on the wall. This gave the room a slightly worn feel.

superb stay near kensington!

I loved the location near south kensington. It provided easy access to museums and the underground. Getting around the city felt convenient. The staff accommodated my early check-in request without hesitation. They also stored my luggage before check-in and after check-out. breakfast being included really helped me save some money .
the bathroom was a bit small, and i noticed the water pressure in the shower fluctuated slightly.

i thought the neighborhood was safe. the underground station was quite close, located just two blocks away.
i found the room to be really small, despite containing three single beds. this differs from what the picture show. lights in the room werent working properly and i needed help to get it sorted.

The shower water drained poorly. This resulted in standing water during each use. this felt quite unhygienic. I found this particularly displeasing. it certainly affected my overall assessment.
